The Holiday Homes San Marco are apartments located between Trapani and Erice, exactly in Valderice, a small village of peasant origin in the province of Trapani, in Western Sicily. Full of tracks that witness a recent rural past, the village constitutes a crossroads for those who, from Trapani, want to reach many of the most popular destinations of the province; places rich in history and natural beauties such as Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Segesta, Marsala, etc …

Our structure offers the opportunity to live an interesting and low cost holiday. It offers two-room apartments, studios and rooms furnished with taste and simplicity. Interiors with exposed beams, terracotta floors, solid wood furniture named after flowers. Outside there is a large courtyard with a garden for your relaxing moments.

Two-room apartments

The two-room apartments have a double bedroom, a bathroom (or two in some cases) and a large living room with an equipped kitchen (with fridge and oven), where there is also a sofa bed with double mattress.

Studios

The studios have a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen (with fridge and oven) and a sofa bed with double mattress.

Rooms

The double rooms, also available for single use, are equipped with a private bathroom; they are also equipped with a small refrigerator.

Some units have an enjoyable view of Mount Erice.

The rooms are accessible 24h a day; there is a free car park behind the structure; the whole structure is fully hot-cold air conditioned and all units are equipped with TV and free WI-FI. The garden is furnished with some tables and chairs. In addition, there are other free facilities:

  • Check-in and check-out cleaning service and every three day re-tidying;
  • Set of linens (bath and bed) with possible changing every three days;
  • Kit for breakfast for the first day;
  • Cot (on request);
  • Self-service laundry;
  • Hairdryer;
  • Iron;
  • All consumption.

A 1,50 euro daily city tax per person is due for up to seven days.

The town provides all the facilities for a comfortable stay: in the local restaurants you will enjoy traditional dishes, in the pizzerias you will taste the typical local pizza baked in wood ovens, various craft shops will give you the opportunity to buy local products.
